By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the Ommri platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use the platform.

1. Definitions

In these Terms of Service, “Ommri”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the Ommri platform and its operating business. “User”, “you”, and “your” refer to any individual, agency, company, representative, or authorized personnel accessing or using the platform. “Services” refers to all software, account functions, booking systems, airline or partner integrations, dashboards, content, communications, and tools provided through Ommri.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You may only register for and use the platform if you have the legal authority to act on behalf of yourself or your organization. You agree that all information submitted during registration or account maintenance is accurate, current, complete, and not misleading.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share your account access with unauthorized third parties.
• You must promptly notify Ommri if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account.
• Ommri may request supporting documents to verify your identity, business, or authorization.

3. Email Verification, Approval, and Access Control

Ommri may require email verification, administrative approval, business verification, or additional due diligence before activating full account access. Successful registration does not guarantee automatic approval or uninterrupted use of the platform.

We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, restrict, or terminate account access where we reasonably believe that a registration is incomplete, inaccurate, non-compliant, risky, fraudulent, or inconsistent with our internal onboarding, security, or commercial requirements.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the platform only for legitimate and authorized business purposes. You must not misuse the system, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the platform’s operation, or use the services in a manner that could harm Ommri, its partners, other users, or end customers.

• Use the platform only for lawful booking, travel, sales, or operational purposes.
• Do not upload false, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or unlawful content.
• Do not probe, test, exploit, reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform without permission.
• Do not use automated tools in a way that overloads, damages, or destabilizes the services.
• Do not impersonate another person, agency, organization, or authorized account holder.

5. Booking, Inventory, and Transaction Information

Ommri may display booking, schedule, pricing, inventory, route, seat, fare, or operational information made available through internal tools or partner arrangements. Such information may change without notice due to airline decisions, availability updates, commercial controls, operational constraints, or system rules.

You are responsible for reviewing transaction details before confirming any booking, request, or customer action. Ommri does not guarantee that all displayed content will remain continuously available, unchanged, or error-free at all times.

6. Payments, Fees, and Financial Responsibilities

Where applicable, you agree to pay all fees, charges, balances, taxes, levies, service charges, or related transaction amounts associated with your use of the platform. Payment obligations may arise from bookings, deposits, balance collections, add-on services, administrative charges, or other commercial arrangements.

• You are responsible for ensuring payment information submitted is accurate and authorized.
• Completed payments may be subject to separate fare rules, booking terms, supplier policies, or refund restrictions.
• Failure to complete required payment may result in cancellation, suspension, or service limitation.
• Ommri may suspend account activity where payment disputes, reversals, or suspicious transactions arise.

7. Referral Codes, Promotional Access, and Invitations

Ommri may provide referral codes, invitation links, partner onboarding links, or promotional registration mechanisms. Such codes or links may be controlled, validated, limited, revoked, or rejected at Ommri’s discretion.

Use of a referral or invitation code does not guarantee approval, discount, commission, or any specific commercial entitlement unless expressly stated in writing by Ommri.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, branding, visual designs, workflows, code, databases, logos, documents, interface elements, and proprietary materials made available by Ommri remain the property of Ommri or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, sell, license, or exploit the platform without written permission.
• You may only use Ommri branding or materials where specifically authorized.
• Any unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in suspension, legal action, or both.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

Your use of the platform may involve the submission, processing, or storage of personal data, business data, travel records, identification details, payment-related records, or account information. You agree to handle such information responsibly and in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection obligations.

Ommri may collect, use, store, review, process, and disclose relevant data as reasonably necessary to operate the platform, verify accounts, process bookings, investigate misuse, comply with legal obligations, or improve the services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

10. Platform Availability and Changes

Ommri may modify, suspend, discontinue, update, or restrict any part of the platform at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, real-time access, error-free operation, or compatibility with every browser, device, workflow, or third-party integration.

Maintenance, system upgrades, technical issues, commercial changes, or partner-side changes may affect certain features, schedules, displays, or access.

11. Compliance and Acceptable Conduct

You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, industry rules, commercial obligations, and partner restrictions relevant to your use of the services. You must not use the platform for fraud, abuse, money laundering, unlawful promotion, sanctions evasion, deceptive bookings, or any activity that may expose Ommri or its partners to legal or reputational risk.

12. Suspension and Termination

Ommri may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access immediately if we reasonably believe that:

• you breached these Terms of Service;
• your account information is false, incomplete, or misleading;
• your activity presents security, fraud, payment, legal, or operational risk;
• you violated partner rules, booking rules, or commercial requirements;
• continued access is no longer appropriate for business, compliance, or security reasons.

Termination or suspension does not remove obligations that accrued before such action, including payment, compliance, recordkeeping, or dispute-related responsibilities.

13. Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Ommri does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, fully accurate, or fit for every specific business purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all implied warranties, representations, and conditions are excluded unless expressly stated otherwise.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ommri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, data, goodwill, or expected savings arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Ommri’s aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount, if any, directly paid by you to Ommri for the specific service giving rise to the claim, within a reasonable period preceding the event.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ommri, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from and against claims, liabilities, losses, costs, damages, and expenses arising out of or related to your misuse of the platform, breach of these terms, unlawful conduct, infringement, inaccurate submissions, or disputes caused by your actions or omissions.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operating jurisdiction of Ommri, unless otherwise stated by mandatory law. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of the platform shall first be addressed in good faith through commercial discussion before either party proceeds with formal legal action.

17. Updates to These Terms

Ommri may revise or update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms may be published through the platform or related channels. Your continued use of the platform after such updates take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
